Transformation of an old hotel-restaurant into an individual house and rehabilitation after a fire.

Realisation:

2007-2008, 12 weeks between the beginning of the project and the handing over of the keys.

Non-comprehensive detailed description:

CELLAR: Replacement of the heating production from fuel to gaz including cleansing of the old utility.

1ST FLOOR: Transformation of an industrial kitchen to an entrance hall and familial kitchen.

2ND FLOOR: Demolition of two bedrooms, cleansing and reinforcement after fire. Creation of a master bedroom with shower, bath, separated private WC, access to the third room with private walk-in closet. Opening of a window-door to access the terrace. Replacement of the stairway to access the 3rd floor after fire. Renovation of a 4th floor and the halls.

3RD FLOOR: Cleansing of the 4 bedrooms and halls after fire. Creation of two new showers in the two bedrooms and of a new WC in the hallway. Repairing of the barriers and stairway to access the attic after fire.

MISC.: Complete refection of the electric and sanitation network in the transformed area.
